Even before the land of Faerun had to fend off against The Absolute, a kind face standing on strong legs after endless battle was a rare sight for some, a pairing that never came together for most. When you hail in places like Baldur's Gate or even just the wilderness, there are many evils that makes most kind hearts have to stay behind front lines. Sh'r'kon isn't like most kind hearts. Unlike them, his legs can smash evil with kicks alone.

He was born on harsh creche, later raised in an equally harsh Alchemist guild. Both should've made him bitter towards the world around him... But it didn't it. Thanks to the helping hand people passing through his life by pure chance, and the love of his life by his side in the midst of an alien invasion, Sh'r'kon's gentle warmth & care for nature and life is as strong as his strikes that hit like lightning, as he and Ry'denn travel the lands with shock and terror against tyranny.

Personality

A strong candidate for the term "gentle giant", Sh'r'kon is someone who fits the bill with kindness as strong as his body. He'll insist to the point of annoyance if it means someone will finally drink a health potion, he's someone who'll carry you on his shoulders despite your protests of "being fine", and if you're a certain someone, he's 100% the type to tuck you into bed and read a book for you until you drift away.

As said, he's a "gentle giant". It's at least a more accurate term than something that paints as constantly sunny. He does feel anger and depression... It's just that a lot of it is locked away. Conditioned by his treatment in the Alchemist guild, he'd been used to only thinking for people who used his agency for him. With the world hanging in the balance, however, he's found a way to break those habits... And to maybe break certain peoples legs once everything's sorted.

Relations

Ry'denn: His true first love. Their friendship started with him being totally oblivious to being Ry'denn's type. The two getting together almost never happened because of the conditioning from the alchemist guild. It was after an argument with Val that he finally gave being with Ry'denn a shot and hasn't left his side ever since. HE is that certain someone that Sh'r'kon will tuck into bed and read a book for him until he fell asleep.

Val: Even though there turned out to be a lot of complicated history between the two, with Val having been his mysterious savior in the past who accidentally broke his arm, Sh'r'kon still carries a lot of gratefulness and affection for him, especially considering who did what to his arm afterwards. He still feels like he should apologise to Val for being hard to talk about his relationship with Ry'denn than having Val apologise for the arm. Is ALSO a certain someone who Sh'r'kon will tuck into bed and read a book to.

Halsin: The druid is unique amongst Sh'r'kon's dynamic with his party members because he's someone he finds him wanting to be like specifically. Not just for being a fellow big man, but also because of his role as a protector of nature and as a symbol of wisdom & comfort. In essence, he's not just one of his boyfriends, but a genuine role model he looks up to, even if he hasn't known him for as long as he has with Ry'denn and Val.
