Daisy Holiday
He comes from a family of smiths, musicians, hells, even a hero as of recent years. Indeed, he gets to call his own older sibling one of Balmordeal's heroes.
He dreamed of following in their footsteps. But the after the fire of ambition burned him, he had to settle. It's not all bad, though. There are other ways he can adventure.
By exploring the magic around us.
Personality
Daisy Holiday is the little brother of Balmordeal's diligent, dashing duellist, Moth Holiday. Where they're quiet, small & coolheaded, Daisy is a big, bubbly dork who can't help but to learn, learn, learn. His curiosity & wonder have been with him since he was a kid, until an incident had that gift be taken to its worst, with reality knocking sense into him at the cost of his hand and his joy... But not forever.
Time has past since then, and he's gotten better since then! Nowadays, his passions have become more disciplined, letting him put more energy into his now signature social battery. Scars, as always, still remain. A part of him worries if his enthusiasm is all that worth having still. But then it makes the people around him smile. And like that, he's reminded that his spark is worth kindling.
Call him a child-at-heart all you want. But it matters to him.
Relations
Moth is Daisy's Older Sibling, the one who, in most points in their lives, has always been there to keep an eye on him in case he jumps into another Rabbit Hole, even being the one to forbid him from adventuring. He's always been a bit jealous of them, and while it did fade away when Moth became a hero for their efforts against The Calamity, a small piece still remains with his resentment towards himself. To say he hates them for it would be a wild misunderstanding though, he loves Moth, always at the ready to help them.
Jay just makes Daisy calm. For all his time as a wizard apprentice, he never really found anyone he could be excited around, which, is probably a result of WHO his mentor is rather than anything he's doing. If Moth is like an anchor to keep his head from the clouds, Jay's his rock who makes being steady feel good... If rocks were soft and had big, strong arms they use to hold you up despite how shorter they are than you, but instead of that being fucking terrifying, it's the safest you've ever felt.
Daisy doesn't just like Tara because she's Jay's aunt, he likes her because she's a better mentor than his official one. While his mentor only has him hone his skills in making magic rings & scrolls, Tara actually encourages him to pursue his search for knowledge. Considering his own feelings on his need to learn and what it's done for him, it means a whole lot to him. When his work doesn't need him, he tends to just come over to Tara's to lend a hand. Why he has not official joined is beyond anyone.
