Reference sheets for characters that can be used for table top campaigns or personal projects! After reading the following, be sure to fill in my form if interested! Be as specific as you are able and include any references, moodboards & any relevant details for the form answers. I only take work through email, currently.

I'm more than down to work on most kinds of projects, but please keep in mind I try to be mindful of what I already have on my schedule along with my main form of work.

General Terms & Information

Discussion of services does not guarantee services rendered, and I reserve the right to terminate communications at any time, for any reason, prior to payment/exchange of goods and services. By sending any payment in exchange for goods and services (digital artwork commissions) you (referred to here as "the client", "client", or "commissioner") agree to the following terms of service:

Clients will be considerate and respectful through all communications.
I only work & communicate with clients on weekdays. (Monday through Friday)
I work on commissions in the order I get them, and if I pause to wait for approval from one client, then I will work on the next one in the interim, and then return to the first upon approval. Otherwise it is strictly the order I get them.

Will Design:

OCs & Fan-OCs.
Furries.
Sonas.
Characters with NSFW/Horror Themes.
Robots.
MMO Player Characters.
TTRPG Characters.
Chibi/Cartoony Designs.

I generally work from written reference, photo reference, etc, as long as all concepts & ideas are yours. Specificity is good. I will design for almost any genre or type of character. Have text descriptions, moodboards, rough sketches, etc READY at the time of contacting.

Will NOT Design:

Discriminatory designs.
Underage nsfw fake or real.
Real people without their explicit written consent.
Fan designs for the following series: Overwatch, SMT/Persona, Attack on Titan, Harry Potter, League of Legends, Genshin Impact.

Having a good idea for your concept for me to work from is appreciated. Visual & Written concepts are acceptable. I won’t copy from others’ work BUT if you need to use them as such to help get vibe, pose, expression or such across, that’s acceptable.

Artistic Liberties & Stylistic Changes will be made at my own discretion with the following conditions met per commission:

Reference Sheet Contents:

Minimum Rendering, Mostly Flat Colours.

Lining will be akin to the lining from the example designs.

Front view of full body (and back view if agreed upon) with additional clothing & props if present.

Colour scheme included.

Payment & Ordering

The only online payment processor I accept at this time is Paypal.
Prices listed & Quoted are in GBP (Great Britain Pound).
Payment is due in whole upfront before any work is started. Files are delivered after final approval.

Process & Revisions

Updates are sent for approval for the following stages:

Sketch.
Line art (+ Clothing & Facial Appearance).
Prop Design(s).
Colours & Designs on clothing (i.e. shirt designs, symbols, etc).

If changes are requested, I will follow with the request, send the updated art and will continue to the next stage if changes are approved.

Revisions per individual commission piece are limited to 2 sketch reworks and 5 minor changes & 1 major revision after sketch approval.

Sketch reworks include:

Character posing, Proportions & Concept Changes

Post Sketch Approval Minor reworks include:

Character Expression.
Small Accessories.
Colour Adjustments.

Post Sketch Approval Major reworks include:

Redrawing moderate elements completely such as hand, arm, props, etc.

Delivery & File Availability

Turnaround, from order date & completed payment is 2 weeks to a month, unless otherwise discussed.
Finished commissions are delivered through Google Drive and are available up to 6 months after order completion. After this, there is no guarantee that files will be available for the client to redownload. You may contact me again to inquire if the copy of the file is available.
I have the right to retain copies of all completed commissions.

Copyright, Ownership, and Use Terms

I retain all creative ownership and copyright over the completed artwork at all times.
I retain the rights to use the artwork for promotion purposes, and use it in portfolios as examples of work.

Clients are permitted to use commissioned artworks for personal use. Personal use being defined as:

Social media icons/headers.
Character Tokens/Portraits for Table Top use.
Personal web page assets.
Printing for personal use.

Clients are prohibited to use personal use commissions for the following

Redistribute the artwork in any form, such as physical or digital merchandise.
Sell the artwork in any form.
Use in marketing or advertising materials.
Creating derivatives through the use of AI art generation where the original is used to train AI models or through alteration from image to image generation using the finished product as a source image.

Commercial use fees are +200% of the price of the original cost if desired

Terms to be discussed if the client decides to pursue commercial use.

Cancelation, termination, and breach of terms

I reserve the right to terminate a commission at any time.
Full and partial refunds are subject to the following terms

Full refund:

I am found to be in breach of these terms.

Partial Refund

Client cancellation prior to work completion.
Artist cancellation prior to work completion.

Client side cancellations and artist side cancellations are subject to a refund scale based on progress made

Sketch phase: 60% refund
Line Art: 40% refund
Colouring: 15% refund

No refund

Client wants to cancel after the finished work has been approved and the file has been delivered.
Client is found to be in breach of these terms.
